This will introduce you to mental toughness, explain what it is (and isn’t), explore mental toughness in detail and break it down into 8 key areas and help you recognise how beneficial it is for life, business, work, education and sport.
The video is around 27 minutes long and is accompanied by a course workbook. At various stages, you will be asked to pause the video and answer questions / record your thoughts in the workbook. This will help you consolidate your learning and identify how it relates to you personally.
Overall, the course should take you around 35 – 40 minutes to complete.
